The North Dakota State Hospital Museum will hold an open house from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday, Nov. 8, at the museum located on the fourth floor of the Learning Resources Center of the State Hospital.

The museum commemorates the 136 years of history the State Hospital has in the Jamestown community. The open house will recognize Rosalie Etherington, who helped develop the museum in 2010. Etherington was recently awarded the Excellence in Local History award for her efforts by the North Dakota Historical Society.
