JRMC Foundation recently received a donation of $500 due to Terry Lund, an employee of Dacotah Bank. As part of the company’s "Give Where We Live" program, each employee may direct $200 per year to a deserving non-profit organization or local cause. Lund serves on the board of Jamestown Regional Medical Center, so he was able to direct an additional $300 to JRMC Foundation.
“Support of JRMC Foundation eliminates financial barriers in providing legendary health care for our rural communities," said Lisa Jackson, JRMC Foundation director. "As a nonprofit hospital, our mission is to be the difference in the lives of those we serve.”
With over 550 employees, Dacotah Bank’s Give Where We Live initiative provides over $110,000 annually to numerous local non-profits, causes or events that raise money to meet the needs of the less fortunate. bank employees who serve on boards of non-profits may direct another $300 to their organization.
