Children hand letters they wrote to North Dakota National Guard members to Kaye John with KSJB Radio Thursday, Dec. 9, at Lincoln Elementary School in Jamestown. A total of 215 students wrote messages to Guard soldiers on Tuesday during National Letter Writing Day. The messages of gratitude will get sent to Guard members who can't be home for Christmas.
