Thirty members of Jamestown Regional Medical Center Auxiliary met Aug. 5. CEO Mike Delft updated the group on staffing, saying a urologist will be coming on staff after Dr. Robert Bates retires. JRMC also hopes to have two OB/GYNs working at the hospital before the end of the year. The older fetal monitors are soon to be replaced. At the JRMC Cancer Center, an oncologist is expected to be working at JRMC weekly by the end of August.

Volunteers continue to support the organization through sewing projects, fundraising projects, and positions throughout the hospital in reception or gift shop areas. More are always needed. Eventually volunteers will be needed at the cancer center.

The annual Tea for All Seasons will be Sept. 10 at Trinity Lutheran Church and will include a fashion show of the new line of clothing available at the Gift Shop. Tickets are available from members, or at the door.

A memorial service will be held at McElroy Park at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13.
