The annual celebration of Founder’s Day was held Nov. 16 at the Legacy Center with a morning brunch. P.E.O. Chapter K hosted the event and Chapter AB attendedwith guests Marcia Foss from Chapter Z Valley City and Sharon Secor from Chapter Y in Fargo.
Gayle Widicker, Myrna Ronholm and Tish Johnson coordinated the details for the occasion. President Joyce Heinrich presided over the celebration; Gayle Widicker provided background music on her harp. Sharon Secor, the 2018 Cottey College Distinguished Alumna, provided the program which outlined her humanitarian work with young girls and the establishment of schools and dental clinics in one of the remotest regions of Africa.
Following the speaker’s presentation, the two chapters assembled for their respective meetings.
