The Jamestown Salvation Army will hold its annual Christmas assistance signup from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday from Oct. 12-16, Oct. 19-23, Oct. 26-30 and Nov. 2-6 at the Jamestown Salvation Army Community Center.
People are asked to bring a current Stutsman County photo identification, proof of residency for Stutsman County (ex: utility bill, piece of mail), proof of everyone in the household (ex: lease, SNAP case, Medicaid case, Social Security cards, birth certificates), clothing sizes for children 18 years old and under and gift ideas for children 18 years old and under.
The Coats for Families distribution is set for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 6, also at the Salvation Army Community Center, located at 320 1st Ave. N. People attending should bring their current Stutsman County photo identification.
