The property is located at 101 & 107 2nd Ave SE. FURTHER GIVEN, that a signed written protest against such amendment may be filed with the Planning Commission by the owners of the properties in the proposed change or area thereto, extending 150 feet from the area to be changed, excluding the width of the streets.
