NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Jamestown, North Dakota on April 12, 2021 at 8:00 a.m., preparatory to amending a portion of the future land use plan described as:
AUDITOR'S LOT 27-11, MIDWAY TOWNSHIP, WITHIN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER AND NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 27, T140N, R64W, CITY OF JAMESTOWN, STUTSMAN COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA FROM AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO INDUSTRIAL.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the property previously described is designated as Agricultural/Rural Open Space in the adopted Future Land Use Plan, and a request has been made by the property owner(s) for an amendment to Industrial.
