His office has been getting out to the schools to present information on such things as water erosion and gave Tree book to Kindergartner students and going into schools to read. He has also sent out newsletters. 319 Grant-Original grant amount $259,177.00 spent on projects $82,170.21 balance left $113,959.00 most of this being designated for the SE outlet. SE Outlet Update- BJ Kratz will be our point of contact for project, he has started working with Game and Fish to get engineering figured out and start getting estimates and possible contractors rounded up. Dustin and Shirly will keep in contact with him. Draft for approval still on Supervisors desk. Removal of Cement Foundation at Sandy Beach-no updates Walking Path Update-No update Snow Emergency Declaration was declared by Stutsman County that covered all incorporated Cities within Stutsman County. New Business: 2022 Highway Fund Report Beginning balance $49,345.60, receipts of $5,751.99, expenditures $23,794.63. Ending balance $31,302.96. Budgeted amount for 2022 was $58,000.00, spent $23,794.00. Auditor recommended we transfer $26,404.00 to highway funds from general. Klein motion to allow transfer of $26,404.00 2nd by Schlecht. Year End Financial report given by Auditor. Balances: Checking $113,401.66 General Savings $20,674.65 Lake Restoration $35,698.85 Highway Funds $31,302.96 ARPA Funds $15,498.51 2021 State Audit was sent in by Auditor on Dec 2022.
