Old Business:
319 Grant Update-New grant submitted $260,000.00, will hear late summer. Current 319 grant, enough money left for Martin system. A Preliminary Study of flow survey of Watershed being done by State Water Board. One septic system still needs to be followed up with Central Valley, Auditor will contact.
RCPP-May 15th deadline for enrolling acres. Dustin will be driving around in Watershed to check out acres. New rules if anyone interested, contact board. Deadlines are being adhered to. Dustin left mtg at 7:42 PM.
SW Outlet-plan now being changed to SE outlet.
Camp Rokiwan road work scheduled for 2020. Agreement with Ashland Township needs to be signed.
Continue to work on Ordinance for Dilapidated buildings.
City Election will be held June 9, 2020, Krapp and Steckler submitted petitions. Ballot must contain question on whether City must do publication of minutes.
New Business:
Auditor submitted Highway Report to State, State Highway fund revenue rec'd $7,105.00 City spent $14,975.00
Correction of Gray Plat for Glenwood Avenue-Daren Peterka was present to answer questions. Auditor has not received any comments or objections, and no one present at meeting to present objection to the resolution to Correct Plat of Gray as presented at last meeting and published.
Krapp made motion to proceed with Interstate Engineering to do Survey of area to Correct Plat of Gray, 2nd by Schlecht, Klein abstained, MC
Once new Plat of Gray drawing is done, another hearing will be scheduled.
2020 CENSUS- MAKE SURE PERMANENT RESIDENTS ALL DO.
Kirk visited with Scott Elstad regarding the SE Outlet, a permit has been submitted, types of materials and system was discussed. Not changing depth of flow or amount of water going out but wanting to mix some bottom water with top water. Water would only flow until level agreed upon is met. Audubon outlet needs to be worked with together with this outlet to make the system work correctly. Road 1 mile north of Lake is washed out, this water flows in thru the NW corner of the Lake. Rods were put in Fish Weir, need to keep it cleaned.
Lake levels were up over 7 inches in 1 week. Elevation at 1446.50 on 4/5/
