Mayor Grimm called meeting to order at 7:32 PM.
Council present Steckler, Schlecht and Auditor Krapp.
Guests Dustin Krueger, Dave Steele, John Schweitzer, Mark & Claudia Jacobson, George Quigley, Allan Allmaras.
Steckler moved to approve minutes, 2nd by Schlecht, MC.
Financial Statement approval, Steckler, 2nd by Schlecht, MC.
Schlecht motioned to pay bills as presented, 2nd by Steckler, MC.

Old Business:
319 Grant Update-Dustin handed out report, 6 systems have been replaced, another 5 scheduled for updating. Discussed further updates needed within City, possibly campgrounds, Dustin work with Eric Nordstrom to see if wants us to pursue updating, it would probably require more funding to complete. Steckler moved to allow Dustin to apply for more grant money if needed, 2nd by Schlecht.
RCPP-4 applications received, grass waterways, cover crops and critical area plantings, have been ranked and will be funded this year. Still looking for more projects in the Spiritwood Lake Watershed.
SW Outlet-No Updates.
Camp Rokiwan Rd-Strata quote of $59,166.00 haul, spread and compact 4 inches of fill for the 1 mile. Allan Allmaras from Ashland Township states get $800.00 per mile per year to maintain roads within their township. Roads were not designed for semi-trucks and larger equipment that is being used now for farming, not against participating in the project, would need to work out payment agreement with City.
Auditor will send letter to Game and Fish about trees needing trimming going down to public landing.
New Business:
Discussion was held regarding overflow of dumpsters for the holiday weekend.
Duke Larson Permit for holding tanks system presented. Schlecht motion to approve 2nd by Steckler, Auditor will send reminder about setbacks being observed.
Mark and Claudia Jacobson permit for septic system presented. Steckler moved to approve 2nd by Schlecht.
Allan Allmaras requested extension on permit to move in garage. Steckler approved extension with fee waived, 2nd by Schlecht.
John Schweitzer permit presented for moving dirt for driveway area, Schlecht moved to approve 2nd by Steckler.
