Meeting for Correction of Gray Plat called to order at 7:30 PM by Mayor Kirk.
Council present Klein, Steckler, Schlecht and Auditor Krapp
Guests Daren Peterka by phone.
No objections or questions have been received by Auditor or Council members. No one in attendance for objections or questions.
Council reviewed completed Plat map provided by Interstate Engineering. Discussion held for next steps: City must hold hearing to accept Plat and then take to the County for Acceptance.
All residents on Glenwood Avenue have been notified of this plat correction.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:41 PM
Daren gave update on SE outlet while on phone. He received and reviewed the 7 criteria that would justify whether the SE outlet would have an impact on Upstream or Downstream landowners. If the outlet is set at the level of the existing Fish Weir, he states that would be no impact from the water flow from the proposed Hypolimnetic drawdown system.

Old Business:
319 Grant Update-Dustin will be sending out a newsletter, discussion on SE Outlet and Campground Septic System Update.
SE Outlet-Special Stutsman County Water Board meeting to be held Dec 17 at 4:00 PM. Auditor gave call in info to council. Per Daren report, gave finding of no significance if put in at Fish Weir Level/current outlet level.
Discussion on last inspection that wasn't pumped from 2018/Auditor will contact resident and let them know monies still available.
Steckler has received more compliments on guard rail placement.
New Business:
Reviewed meeting dates for 2021, Council approves.
Waste management rates discussion, still meeting costs at present rate, Council agrees to keep rates for Full time resident at $125.00 and Seasonal at $85.00. Auditor will mail billings.
