NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the corporation, DR. KENNETH MCDOUGALL, P.C. is in the process of winding up affairs and dissolving. The notice of Intent to Dissolve was filed with the North Dakota Secretary of State on March 10, 2021. Written claims against the corporation must be presented to DR. KENNETH MCDOUGALL, P.C. at 1605 9th Avenue SE, Jamestown, North Dakota 58401. All persons having claims against the said corporation are required to present their claims within 90 days after the date of the first publication of this notice.
