JAMESTOWN CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING, MAY 15, 2023 UNOFFICIAL MINUTES The special meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Heinrich at 12:15 P.M. The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. Roll Call showed the following members present: Mayor Heinrich, Council Members Buchanan, Kamlitz, Steele, City Attorney Ryan, Deputy Auditor Sveum, and City Administrator Hellekson. Absent: Schloegel. Council Member Steele moved a resolution to extend the emergency declaration beyond the 7 days for the repair/replacement of the 96-inch stormwater pipe south of 25th Street SW, east of 8th Ave SW. City Engineer Dillman provided information. Seconded by Council Member Buchanan. Roll Call No. 1: 4 ayes, 0 nays, 1 absent. Carried. Council Member Kamlitz moved to adjourn at 12:25 p.m. Seconded by Council Member Steele. Unanimous aye vote. Carried.
