Jamestown Parks and Recreation REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL CONCESSION STAND OPERATIONS At Hillcrest Softball Complex Jamestown Parks and Recreation (District) is requesting proposals from interested individuals or businesses (Contractor) to conduct the sale of concessions at Hillcrest Softball Complex. Jamestown Parks and Recreation is seeking a concessionaire that will operate the sales, inventory, and staffing of the concession stand for the 2023 season.
