NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Stutsman County Commission has scheduled a public hearing to be held at 3:30 p.m. on May 18, 2021, during its regular meeting at the Stutsman County Courthouse, 511 2nd Ave SE, Jamestown, ND 58401, at which time it will seek advice and comments from the North Dakota State Library and the public to consider the request by the James River Valley Library Board of Directors to establish a James River Valley Library Building Fund for the purpose of construction, addition, alteration, purchasing land or purchasing a building to be used as a public library according to NDCC 40-38 and the policies as established by the Library Board of Directors. Written comments are also welcome and must be received at the address above by the close of the public hearing.
