NOTICE OF ELECTION
Notice is given that on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at the polling place for the various precincts, a Consolidated General Election will be held in the County of Stutsman, State of North Dakota. Voters of the County will vote for Congressional, Statewide, Judicial and County offices.
The county-wide polling place for all precincts, Jamestown Civic Center, will be open at 7:00 a.m. and continue to be open until 7:00 p.m. of that day.
If you have requested an Absentee ballot, a secure ballot drop box is available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in the entrance of the Stutsman County Courthouse, 511 2nd Ave SE, Jamestown, ND 58401. Another secure ballot drop box is available 24 hours a day in the entrance of the Stutsman County Law Enforcement Center, 205 6th St SE, Jamestown, ND 58401.
Absentee ballots must be postmarked no later than November 2, 2020. Ballots may also be delivered in the above located drop boxes by 5:00 pm CT on November 2, 2020.
The arrangement of candidate names appearing on ballots in your precinct may vary from the published sample ballot depending upon the precinct and legislative district in which you reside.

Notice is given pursuant to NDCC 11-28.3-03, residents of the proposed rural ambulance service district known as Medina Ambulance District will be voting on whether Medina Ambulance District shall levy a tax not to exceed 10 mills for the purpose of forming a rural ambulance district. The proposed district is 570 square miles and includes the following:
•Cities of Medina, Woodworth and Cleveland in Stutsman County, ND
•Townships of Bloomenfield, Chase Lake, Chicago, Flint, Iosco, Marstonmoor, Newbury, Peterson, St Paul, Stirton, Strong, Valley Springs, and Weld in Stutsman County, ND
•Portions of the following townships located within Stutsman County, ND:
•Sections 19-36 of Gerber
•Sections 5-8, 17-20 and 29-32 of Moon Lake
•Sections 2-11, 14-23 and 26-35 of Paris
•Sections 19-22 and 27-34 of Roosevelt
•Sections 19-36 of Wadsworth
•Sections 5-8, 17-20 and 29-32 of Windsor
