NOTICE OF HEARING TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1556 BY AMENDING THE DISTRICT MAP NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Jamestown, North Dakota, will hold a public hearing in the Council Room at City Hall on the 1st day of May 2023, at 5:00 P.M., preparatory to amending the zoning of North 50’ of Lots 9 through 12 and South 80’ of Lots 9 through 12, Block 31, Original Townsite of the City of Jamestown, Stutsman County, North Dakota from C-2 (General Commercial District) to CC (Central Core Commercial District). The property is located at 101 and 107 2nd Ave SE, Jamestown, North Dakota. The proposed amendment is available for public inspection and copying at the office of the City Administrator, 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday through September 6, 2022. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that a signed written protest against such amendment may be filed with the City Council by the owners of the lots included in the proposed change or of the area adjacent thereto extending 150 feet from the area to be changed excluding the width of streets.
