MINERAL INTERESTS
To: HUBERT L. FINN and MARIE D. FINN, THEIR HEIRS and ANY INTERESTED PARTIES
NOTICE IS HERE GIVEN pursuant to N.D.C.C. Sec. 38-18.1-06 that lapsed and unused mineral interests in, on, or under the following described lands located in Valley Springs Township, Stutsman County, North Dakota, have lapsed, to wit:
The Southeast Quarter (SE¼) in Section One (1); The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E½SW¼) and the Northeast Quarter (NE¼) in Section Twelve (12), Township One Hundred Forty One (141)North of Range Sixty-seven (67) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian; the names of the surface owners of these parcels are Jason C. Carlson and Lori K. Carlson;
Other parcels where unused mineral interests have lapsed are the Northwest Quarter (NW¼) and the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W½SW¼), both less the highway, in Section Twelve (12) in Township One Hundred Forty-one (141) North of Range Sixty-seven (67) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Valley Springs Township; the names of the surface owners of these parcels are Gary T. Carlson and Catherine C. Carlson.
The names of the record owners of the lapsed and unused mineral interests in all of the above described parcels are: Hubert L. Finn and Marie D. Finn.
This Notice is made and given by the surface owners, Gary T. Carlson and Catherine C. Carlson, and Jason C. Carlson and Lori K. Carlson, in order to succeed to the ownership of these unused mineral interests pursuant to the statutes on the termination of lapsed mineral interests. The record owners of the lapsed mineral interests are required to respond to this notice within 60 days of this first publication of this notice.
