NOTICE OF PROPOSED BANKING FACILITY (BRANCH) Notice is hereby given that Dakota Heritage Bank, 109 Main Street, Hunter, North Dakota 58048 has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Commissioner of the North Dakota Department of Financial Institutions ("Commissioner") for consent to establish a banking facility (branch) at 101 2nd Ave SW, Medina, North Dakota 58467.

Notice is hereby given that Dakota Heritage Bank, 109 Main Street, Hunter, North Dakota 58048 has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Commissioner of the North Dakota Department of Financial Institutions ("Commissioner") for consent to establish a banking facility (branch) at 101 2nd Ave SW, Medina, North Dakota 58467.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office located at 1100 Walnut Street, Suite 2100, Kansas City, Missouri 64106. Comments by interested parties must be received by the appropriate Regional Director not later than November 18, 2021. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file in the regional office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
You are further notified that Section 13-02-05-05, North Dakota Administrative Code, provides that any bank or party may submit to the Commissioner written comments concerning the application, or request for an opportunity to be heard before the Commissioner, or both. Comments or requests must be mailed or received within 15 days of this notice, and sent to the Commissioner, Department of Financial Institutions, 1200 Memorial Hwy., Bismarck, ND 58504. You may also request a copy of the application at the above address.
You are also advised that per Section 6-03-13.3, North Dakota Century Code, the Commissioner shall take into consideration the following facts in determining whether or not to approve the application:
1.The convenience, needs, and welfare of the people of the community and area served.
2.The financial strength of the bank in relation to the cost of establishing and maintaining such separate facility.
