NOTICE TO COMPETITORS OF HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR INCOME TAX EXEMPTION The State Board of Equalization will meet at 10:30 a.m. May 4, 2023, in the Peace Garden room on the ground floor of the State Capitol, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the application of Spring Mud, LLC for exemp¬tion from state tax on the income earned in the opera¬tion of a project located near Jamestown, North Dakota that will utilize electricity generated in ND in their crypto-mining hash servers. Any competi¬tor of the applicant may appear and be heard by the State Board of Equaliza¬tion.
