NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR HEARING

On April 24, 2020, Otter Tail Power Company filed an application for authority for deferred accounting to track financial effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and record and defer such effects as a regulatory asset.
The issue to be considered in this proceeding is, should the Commission grant deferred accounting treatment for the financial impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic?
Those interested are invited to comment on the application in writing. Persons desiring a hearing must file a written request identifying their interest in the proceeding and the reasons for requesting a hearing. Comments and requests for hearing must be received by July 11, 2020. If deemed appropriate, the Commission can determine the matter without a hearing.
