The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is soliciting proposals for architectural/engineering firms interested in the design of a new maintenance shop located at the James River Correctional Center in Jamestown, ND. This project will also include demolition of the existing Maintenance Building. Interested parties must display/demonstrate expertise in the design and demolition of public buildings. Anticipated budget for this project is $1.55 million dollars. After an architectural/engineering firm has been selected, all proposals, designs, and cost estimates must be completed by July 1, 2023.
