The North Dakota Department of Health reported 12 new positive tests for the coronavirus in Stutsman County Saturday. This was based on 383 tests processed for a positivity rate of 3.2%.
The death of a man in his 90s in Stutsman County was also reported. The death marks the 5th fatal case in Stutsman County since the start of the pandemic in March.
Positive tests reported in the area include nine each in Barnes and Foster counties, eight in Wells County, five in LaMoure County, three each in Dickey and McIntosh counties and one in Kidder County.
Across North Dakota, there were 760 positive tests reported from 7,596 tests processed for a daily positivity rate of 10.5%.
The Department of Health reported 11 deaths across North Dakota. Along with the death in Stutsman County, a man in his 70s in Burleigh County, a woman in her 70s in Dunn County, a man in his 90s in Foster County, a man in his 80s in Grant County, a woman in her 70s in McHenry County, a woman in her 90s in Mclean County, a man and a woman in their 90s in Morton County, a woman in her 90s in Stark County and a woman in her 70s in Trail County, were reported.

All had underlying health conditions. The North Dakota death toll stands at 399 people since the start of the pandemic in March.
