Artists at Unison make products

This month’s Artist of the Month at Unison Bank consists of two different artists, one a group.
Darren Nelson from rural Marion, N.D., began making items out of horseshoes a few years ago such as furniture, coat hangers and towel hangers his family used at home
About two years ago he decided to start building birdhouses like his grandfather before him.
Nelson attended a few vendor shows and started a Facebook page called “crazy woman ranch productions” where there are pictures of things Nelson has made.
Nelson takes custom orders for names, signage and many other items.
JunKin’ CuZins will have a sample of items at Unison Bank that will be for sale at the 4th Annual Junkyard Expo & Flea Market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 18 at the Stutsman County Fairgrounds.
