BISMARCK — North Dakota's fifth medical marijuana dispensary will open in Devils Lake on Sept. 17, the North Dakota Department of Health said.

The Herbology will be at 310 Highway 2 East. To enter the display area of any state dispensary, a qualifying patient or designated caregiver must have their registry identification card. So far, the health department said more than 1,100 cards have been issued and expect that number to reach 2,000 by next summer.

More information is available online at the health department's Division of Medical Marijuana site.

Dispensaries in Jamestown and Minot are expected to open by the end of September.
