One new case of COVID-19 was confirmed in Stutsman County Tuesday, according to the North Dakota Department of Health.
The new confirmation raises the total to 16 in the county since the beginning of the pandemic in March, according to Central Valley Health District.
The Department of Health reported 53 positive tests in North Dakota Tuesday with 44 cases reported in Cass County. Since the start of the pandemic, 1,571 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in North Dakota. Of those, 877 people have recovered and 36 people have died of the disease.
