First Congregational United Church of Christ in Jamestown will be holding its annual Swiss Steak Supper from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 29. This will be drive-up delivery only in the church parking lot located at 201 2nd St. SE.
The meal includes homemade Swiss steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, coleslaw, a bun and a homemade dessert. Tickets are $15 and people are encouraged to purchase or reserve their tickets ahead of time as there will only be a limited number of tickets available at the event. Tickets can be purchased from a church member or call the church office to reserve at (701 )252-0277. Leave a message if no answer.
The members of First Congregational UCC are continuing to worship at 10 a.m. Sundays using safety protocols. Members have enjoyed encouraging and supporting frontline workers during this pandemic. They have offered meals to some groups and surprised other agencies by dropping off snack baskets.
