Allen and Betty Marler, Rogers, N.D., will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Faith Lutheran Church, Valley City, N.D.
Allen Marler and Betty Lausch were married Oct. 16, 1960, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Dazey, N.D.
The Marlers have four children, Kathy (Craig) Engle, Broomfield Colo., Jamie Marler, Fargo N.D., Robin (Mark) Calkins, Aberdeen S.D., and Kelly Marler, Rogers N.D.; and seven grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
