$100,000 Powerball ticket sold in West Fargo

BISMARCK -- A West Fargo resident won $100,000 in the Saturday, Nov. 19, drawing for the Powerball lottery game, the North Dakota Lottery announced Monday, Nov. 21.

BISMARCK - A West Fargo resident won $100,000 in the Saturday, Nov. 19, drawing for the Powerball lottery game, the North Dakota Lottery announced Monday, Nov. 21.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 16, 24, 28, 43 and 61. The Powerball was 21 and the Power Play multiplier was 2.

The lucky ticket was sold at RJ's Tesoro, 2006 County Road 17 S., West Fargo.

The prize was $50,000, but the player purchased the Power Play option, so the ticket is worth $100,000.

No one has contacted the lottery office to claim the prize.

Winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.

The Powerball jackpot for the Wednesday, Nov. 23 draw is $359 million.
