Charge: ND man fired handgun in his trailer with bullet nearly hitting next door neighbor
MINOT, N.D. -- A 56-year-old Minot man is charged with felony reckless endangerment for apparently firing his handgun from his trailer home into a neighboring trailer and nearly hitting a resident there.
Police said Russell Brandt discharged his handgun while handling it inside his residence and the bullet exited through his trailer wall into the neighboring trailer.
The next-door neighbor wasn’t injured, police said.
The incident at the Holiday Village mobile home park occurred Friday night about 8:30 p.m.
Brandt was arrested and taken to the Ward County Jail.
