A cement truck driver was injured in a rollover Friday in Williams County, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

David Michael Brown, 49, Epping, N.D., was driving a 1988 International Dump Truck hauling concrete west at 35 mph on West Front Street and 32nd Avenue West to the U.S. Highway 2 construction project on the west side of Williston at 10:50 p.m., the patrol said. The patrol said the International ran off the roadway into the ditch and overturned.

Brown was transported by Williston Ambulance Services to CHI St. Alexius Williston Medical Center and later airlifted to Trinity Health in Minot. Brown was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol said.

Williams County Sheriff's Office and Williston Rural Fire and Williston Fire departments also responded to the scene.
