A planned road closure will begin Monday, Oct. 18, for utility work in Jamestown, according to the city engineer's office.
The planned road closure on Buffalo Scenic Road will start at 17th Street Southwest near the Jamestown Water Plant and Frontier Village and ends at 12th Avenue Southeast near the North Dakota State Hospital and North Dakota Farmers Union.
The closure is expected to last about two to three weeks or until the utility work is finished. Construction signage will be put in place.
Motorists should take alternate routes if possible.
