NEW ROCKFORD, N.D. — The driver of a Jeep Grand Cherokee was killed during a crash Monday night, Oct. 19.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, it happened just after 9:30 p.m. in New Rockford.

Troopers say the driver was heading northbound on County Road 14 when they veered off the road.

The Jeep went in both the east and west ditches before vaulting over an approach.

The vehicle then crashed, rolled and caught on fire.
