MANDAN, N.D. — The Morton County Sheriff's Office has released the name of a 45-year-old North Dakota man found dead Sunday, April 11, in the Missouri River in Mandan.

A property owner discovered the body of Carlo Touchine near a private dock south of the Expressway Bridge between Bismarck and Mandan around 9 a.m. Sunday.

Touchine had no injuries indicating foul play, the Morton County Sheriff's Office said in a news release. His cause of death is still under investigation.

Authorities said Touchine's last known address was in Dickinson, N.D. The Mandan police and fire departments assisted with the investigation.
