WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) -- An event aimed at developing infrastructure in North Dakota's oil patch is being held in downtown Denver this week.
The three-day Bakken Infrastructure Finance and Development Summit began Monday.
Gov. Jack Dalrymple and billionaire oilman Harold Hamm are among the featured speakers at the meeting.
