Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee recently presented a Customer Service Award to Bob Brandt, holding plaque, at Menards.

Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee recently presented a Customer Service Award to Bob Brandt, holding plaque, at Menards. The committee honors individuals who exceed customers’ requirements or expectations. Brandt was recognized for providing assistance to the customer above and beyond his normal role, by researching and discussing a project with the customer in a totally separate department from where he worked and assisting the person in getting the right products for a project. Brandt and other monthly winners will be recognized at the Chamber’s annual banquet in January.
