The Jamestown City Council will hold a meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday to consider a draft submittal of the 2016 city of Jamestown project submittal list to the North Dakota Department of Transportation to meet the Dec. 31 deadline.
The meeting will be at City Hall, 102 3rd Ave. SE.
