WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) -- A pickup truck crash in a Williams County field killed one man and injured another.
The Highway Patrol says 23-year-old Evan Anderson of Cokato, Minn., was a passenger in the truck driven by 20-year-old Robert Breitbach of Williston. Authorities say Anderson was partially thrown from the vehicle when it vaulted a road and flipped end over end shortly before midnight Friday, and died of his injuries.
Breitbach was taken to a Williston hospital with unspecified injuries. He was cited for drunken driving and the patrol says more charges are pending.
