The Jamestown Police Department has announced that a convicted high-risk sex offender has changed his residence in Jamestown.
Robert William Lilley Jr., 27, now lives at 1530 6th Ave. SW, No. 39.
He does not drive a vehicle.
Lilley has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General. He was convicted of gross sexual imposition (force/threat) in 2010 in Rolette County Juvenile Court in North Dakota. Authorities said when Lilley was 16, he had sexual contact with an 8-year-old boy and was later terminated from a residential treatment program.
Lilley is currently on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation. He is not wanted by law enforcement.
