Dalrymple orders flags to be at half-staff

In accordance with a national directive from President Barack Obama, North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple is directing all state government agencies to fly the American and North Dakota flags at half-staff as a mark of respect for the victims of the attack in San Bernardino, Calif., on Wednesday.
The flags will be lowered effective immediately through sunset on Monday.
