DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) -- A Dickinson restaurant and bar was fined $500 and put on monitoring for two years following a wet T-shirt contest.
City officials in a letter to the Evil Olive Pizzeria & Bar said the business violated city ordinance governing the sale of alcoholic beverages when some patrons exposed their breasts on July 24.
The Dickinson Press says the Evil Olive paid the fine rather than dispute the penalty and request a public hearing.
