DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) -- A software company that was started in a Dickinson home and grew to provide service to more than 3,000 hotels nationwide has been sold.
Multi-Systems Inc. on Thursday announced it had completed its purchase of Remco Software.
MSI President Tim Tiller said three Remco employees have been cut but no more layoffs are expected. He says up to 10 jobs could be added in the next six months.
Remco, which employs about 80 people, was sold by Bob and Elaine McNeill, who started the business in their home 25 years ago and are retiring.
