GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) -- Time is running out for small business owners in three northeast North Dakota counties to apply for federal disaster loans.

The U.S. Small Business Administration says Monday is the filing deadline.

The SBA declared a disaster because of bad weather including flooding and frost from April 1 through June 30 of last year. The North Dakota counties of Grand Forks, Pembina and Walsh are eligible because they are next to primary disaster counties in northwest Minnesota.
