Dispute results in woman shot

MINOT - A Minot woman was shot in a domestic disturbance Sunday about 1 a.m. in the north part of the city, police said.
The victim was taken to Trinity Hospital and is recovering, police said.
Arrested for aggravated assault in the case was Dalton Gruca, 21, of Minot. He is charged with using a pistol in the attack. He was taken to the Ward County Jail.
