Dylan Moran, Ypsilanti, N.D., is among the 2021 spring semester graduates of Minnesota State Community and Technical College, with campuses in Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Moorhead and Wadena.
Moran graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in construction management.
