BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- Duaine Espegard of Grand Forks has been reappointed to the Board of Higher Education.
Gov. John Hoeven also appointed Kirsten Diederich of Fargo to the board.
The appointments to the nine-member board that sets policy for the North Dakota University System were announced Tuesday. Most board members are appointed for four years and may serve two terms.
Espegard's first term ends July 1.
Diederich will replace board member Sue Andrews, whose term also ends July 1 but isn't eligible for another term.
