Evonne Lindemann, 48, Fargo, ND, died Tuesday, July 10, 2007 in MeritCare Palliative Care after a seven year battle with ovarian cancer.
Evonne grew up on her family farm near Amenia, ND and attended elementary school in Amenia. In 1977, she graduated from Central Cass High School, Casselton, ND and then attended North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, ND. Evonne was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota and then by NDSU's Physical Plant, both Fargo, until 1986. She married Gary Lindemann on September 18, 1982 in West Fargo, ND. She then began a home daycare business in Fargo and Jamestown, ND until 2006. Evonne later worked for MeritCare in guest services until the present time.
Evonne loved all the time she was able to spend raising her children, the children of her daycare families and her many family visits to Disney World.
Gary and Evonne would have celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary this year.
Evonne was a current member of Hope Lutheran Church, South in Fargo.

She is survived by her husband, Gary, Fargo; two daughters, Jessica and Ashley, both Fargo; father, Melvin Krabbenhoft, Casselton; mother-in-law, Delores Lindemann, West Fargo; brother, Michael Krabbenhoft, Casselton; sisters, Edith (Brian) Lee, Fargo and Eileen House, Casselton; brother-in-law, Arlen Vanderbusch, Casselton; brother and sister-in law, Gene & Lucille Lindemann, Fargo and many nieces and nephews. Evonne was preceded in death by her mother, Emma; father-in-law, Gideon; sister, Elaine and sister-in-law, Marlene.
Visitation: Thursday from 5 to 7:30 at Hope Lutheran Church, South Campus, Fargo with a prayer service beginning at 7:30.
Funeral: Friday, July 13, 2007 at 2 in Hope Lutheran Church, South Campus, Fargo.
Burial: Casselton Cemetery, Casselton, ND.
