Fairview swept the Minot Air Force Base in a pair of Missouri River League games on Sunday, improving to 14-3 on the campaign.
Fairview took the opening game 6-5 in nine innings with Tyler Schlagenhaut getting the win. Schlagenhaut had three hits as did Jim Duffey and Kal Triplett. Brian Schmidt added a pair of hits.
Triplett continued to swing a hot bat in the second game going 5-for-5 as Fairview rolled to a 17-4 win.
Josh Standing Elk went the distance on the mound and had two hits. Duffey and Schmidt also chipped in with two hits each.
