A community welcoming will be held for Wade Wintermeyer, who won three medals in snowshoeing at the 2017 Special Olympics World Winter Games March 18-24 in Schladming, Austria. The gathering is from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jamestown.
Wintermeyer’s medals, uniform and snowshoes will be on display.
